**I referred a friend but did not receive my discount coupon. Why?**  
Your friend must make their first purchase using your referral link in order to receive your referral discount. Remind your friend to make their purchase!

**Can I stack my referral rewards?**  
No, you can only use one referral reward for each purchase.

**Can I apply my discount coupon to my next subscription order?**  
Yes, you can apply one referral discount coupon to your upcoming subscription order in your [Customer Portal](/content/login/index.html), as long as the order has not been processed and/or shipped. To do that, when you login to your customer portal, follow these steps.

1. Click Edit on the Subscription you’d like to discount.

2. Click either “Have a promo code?” or “Apply Discount”

3. Enter the code and select either “APPLY” or “ADD DISCOUNT”
